You really shouldn't have this kind of problem. I've put together
scenes like this
without any trouble. Perhaps, you should make the dome clear
(transparent) to
about 85%-90%... use FADE behind objects, not Glow Behind. Glow behind
should
be used in the distance. Also, up the flare dissolve... it adds a
little to the scene,
and creates more of a "glow" from the light. And, it's not necessary to use
much light intensity either, as these lights will not really be cast on
anything.
Ray trace shadows too.
